Customer Service:

NOTE: Please double check your cart and shipping information upon ordering. We are only able to modify or cancel orders within 48 hours of placing an order. 

Shipping Information: 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom order shipping and 1-2 weeks for standard orders placed, as the creator and founder of Deck The Label, all orders are manually fulfilled and packaged by me so occasional orders may experience brief delays. 

Tracking Updates:

You will receive an order confirmation immediately following your payment and later you will receive a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packaged. All orders are shipped via USPS and trackable by providing the correct email address.

Cancellation + Return Policy: 

At this time we are unable to accept cancellation requests after your order was placed beyond the 48 hour time limit. However, you do have 48 hours following the order confirmation to contact us and make any changes to your order, mailing address, or incorrect sizes.

Package + Shipping Inquiries:

International Orders:

Unfortunately, we are unable to mail orders under $200 USD overseas as we currently only offer shipping to the United States and other US territories. However, if you are placing an order over $200 USD, we do now offer premium shipping costs calculated by package weight and size! Please contact us at deckthelabel@gmail.com to get the shipping cost and estimated order total.
